Conference & Event Hall
One hundred and eighty square metres that flip between 120 theatre seats and 60 boardroom chairs in under an hour. 4K projection, line-array sound, catering kitchen next door. From $450 for a half day.
A room that behaves in daylight
Most venue halls are bars with the lights turned up. Ours is a proper conference room that happens to sit above a gaming floor — which means your board day gets blackout blinds, a silent HVAC system and coffee that arrives on time, and your evening event gets a bar downstairs when the talks run out.
The room flips between layouts in under an hour: 120 theatre-style for talks, 60 boardroom for the decisions, 80 cabaret for anything with dinner. Our events lead runs the AV personally — no contractor roulette, no "the projector should be here by nine".
Everything in the rate
Half-day and full-day hires both include the full AV stack and the catering kitchen. No per-projector surprises.
4K projection
Dual screens if you want them, wireless presenting as standard.
Sound & mics
Line-array PA, four wireless mics, recording feed on request.
Catering kitchen
Next door, staffed by our restaurant. Breaks arrive on time.
Blackout blinds
Proper daylight control for slides that people can actually read.
