Enquiries sent during opening hours usually get a reply within 15 minutes; anything overnight is answered first thing the next morning.

Yes — we hold rooms and the hall for 48 hours on request, no deposit. After that the date goes back in the book, fairly and in order.

Sometimes — midweek there's often a room free. But weekends book out weeks ahead, so if it's a birthday with a date attached, email us early.
